Gerard Malanga filed suit in 2005 against the artist John Chamberlain, claiming that Chamberlain sold a fake Warhol painting that did not belong to him. The courts denied Chamberlain鈥檚 requests for dismissal and Mr. Malanga鈥檚 lawyer said that he expects a trial to begin within the next two months.
