脜rgang 2023
From December 2 to December 21, Kunst P氓 Arbejde (Art at Work) and the Frederiksberg Museums present the exhibition 脜RGANG 2023 at M酶stings. Here, you can experience a significant array of works from 15 newly graduated artists, that explore themes ranging from mythology, identity and memory to pop culture, the body, landscape, intimacy, technology and materiality.
Overall, the participating artists in the 脜RGANG 2023 exhibition paint a multifaceted picture, with a broad range of positions and artistic expressions both formally and in terms of content; the exhibition brings together the subdued, the outspoken, the poetic and the conceptual.
The exhibition resulted from an open call, where graduates from The Jutland Art Academy, Funen Art Academy and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts could apply to contribute. A total of 15 artists and 20 works made it through the selection process. It is unique to present so many artists from the same graduating class in a collective exhibition, before the works embark on a journey to workplaces throughout the country in the upcoming years.
