Artists, Constellations, and Connections: Feminist Futures
The exhibition Artists, Constellations, and Connections: Feminist Futures, organized as part of the 50th anniversary of the Center for the Study of Women in Society, engages complex histories and intersectional feminist inquiry in the context of great social, political and environmental change. Placing current work by faculty in the Department of Art, at the University of Oregon, alongside and in conversation with works they have selected from the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art’s permanent collection, the exhibition explores critical questions about artmaking, the future, and feminist models of inquiry.
