Notes on the partial form is a series of photographic abstractions exploring selfhood, identity and queerness. Informed by existentialism, phenomenology and embodied experience, the work attempts to give tangible form to the intangible. Focusing on fragmentation and macrofication, the series breaks down the image into its smallest perceptual elements, drawing on Auguste Rodin鈥檚 notion of how much can be removed while still conveying an emotional resonance.
