Kinngait-based artist Papiara
Tukiki (b. 1942) began drawing images of animals, transformations, and spirit-like creatures in the late 1950s. These early years laid the groundwork for her distinctive style and curious subject matter, imbued with endless wit and whimsy. This exhibition of drawings pays tribute to Tukiki鈥檚 creativity and longevity as an elder artist, and is her second solo exhibition of drawings at
Feheley Fine Arts.
