Prints: From 1970 to 2015
At the turn of the year we exhibit an assortment of prints by 38 artists at Galerie Kl眉ser and Galerie Kl眉ser 2. Over the last decades the gallery has published most of these works.
Due to the focus of the international art market on sensational, large-sized and unique works, the medium of prints lost esteem. Our exhibition shows that the artists have a different view on this development. Works by Joseph Beuys, Andy Warhol, Christo, Sean Scully, Tony Cragg, Paladino, Georg Baselitz or Jorinde Voigt prove an intensive engagement with the classical and contemporary means of expression in prints. A broad spectrum with surprising discoveries and attractive prices during the exhibition.
