Prints of Odilon Redon: On the 180th Anniversary of His Birth
The symbolist works of the French painter Odilon Redon (1840-1916), active from the end of the nineteenth to the start of the twentieth century, still enjoy popularity today. To commemorate the 180th anniversaty of Redon's birth, we exhibit his prints from the following portfolios: Homage to Goya (1885), The Temptation of St. Anthony, Vol.I (1888), and Vol.III (1933/1st edition 1896), The Flowers of Evil (1923/1st edition 1890), and The Haunted House (1896).
