Vibrant Structures brings together three artists who challenge and reconfigure conventional structures through their distinctive practices and materials.

Caetano de Almeida’s compositions are marked by an extraordinary delicacy and precision, often built from hundreds of freehand-painted lines and abstract forms. His exploration of rhythm and repetition is further deepened by the use of unconventional materials, including air pollution samples collected in São Paulo, which embed his work with both aesthetic and environmental resonance.

Rosana Ricalde transforms language into visual form, meticulously deconstructing and rearranging texts to create intricate maps and ornamental patterns. By disrupting the original structure of the written word, she generates new narratives and spatial relationships, allowing meaning to emerge through visual interplay.

In contrast, Myriam Holme engages in a material dialogue that resists categorization. Combining elements such as aluminium, soap, and pigment, she produces works that inhabit the space between painting, sculpture, and installation. Her process-driven approach challenges the boundaries of traditional media, resulting in tactile compositions that are at once fragile and forceful.

Together, these artists dissolve established forms—whether linguistic, material, or visual—offering a dynamic reimagining of how meaning, structure, and perception can be constructed.
