Helmut Smits鈥檚 installation piece is titled The Real Thing. It鈥檚 a nod to the long running Coca-Cola campaign that kicked off in 1969, and it鈥檚 also sarcastic. As Smits says, 鈥渙f course water is the real thing.鈥
