The Felix LA Art Fair returned to the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel this week for its third full-scale edition, after a slimmed-down one last summer that featured mostly hometown galleries.

For months friends, fellow writers and artists have been audibly yearning to see art again, but I kept quiet.

Two lush summer shows are blossoming online at Torrance Art Museum. Both exhibitions are visual stunners; and they continue the museum鈥檚 ongoing aesthetic for cutting edge, culturally resonating art.
