AGAIN-ST
AGAIN-ST was formed in 2012 by Tomii Motohiro, Fukai Soichiro, Fujiwara Ayato, and Yasui Tomotaka, all artists and art educators who make sculpture their main expressive domain, plus Ishizaki Takashi, whose specialty is research on modern and contemporary sculpture, and the designer Koyama Asako. The group鈥檚 activities are directed at creating opportunities to consider the state of sculpture in Japan and its effectiveness, not to seek right answers but to provoke thought. This exhibition, AGAIN-ST鈥檚 tenth, focuses on the potential of tools and medium.
