Connection Interrupted, Recover
The Moscow School of Contemporary Art (MSCA) and RuArts Gallery present the group exhibition 鈥楥onnection Interrupted. Recover.鈥�, an interdisciplinary project by MSCA graduates: artists, curators and art managers. Works from 27 artists will reflect the search for ways to cope with traumatic events in life and gain the ability to move forward with confidence. The exhibition will feature installations, objects, video art, sculptures and paintings.
The exhibition project will be located on two floors of the gallery and divided into five semantic elements: 鈥楾urbulence and Uncertainty鈥�, 鈥楽earch and Acceptance of the Self鈥�, 鈥楥onnection with the Other鈥�, 鈥楢ttention to the Body. Grounding鈥� and 鈥楥onnection with the Outside World鈥�. All these blocks will be united by the central idea of self-cognition and exploration of the surrounding world through bodily practices and the strengthening of social contacts.
