Cut & Clash: La pulsation morcel茅e du monde
With "Cut and Clash", Strouk Gallery brings together in its two spaces artists who have singularly renewed the aesthetics of painted or drawn collage. In the lineage of the spirit dadaist, surrealist or pop, their works play visual clash, telescoping styles and very heterogeneous images. An aesthetic of clash and fragment that reflects a fragmented vision of the contemporary world. On the Avenue Matignon side, the exhibition will bring together the work of the gallery's historic elders, who form part of the gallery's identity, with that of younger artists. Guest artists whose works will also be presented on the rue du Mail side. The majority of the works are new, created for the occasion or exhibited for the first time in Paris.
