Keeping the Piece showcases a collection of pastel-hued contemporary jewellery from recent graduate Niamh Duddy.
Inspired by her upbringing in Derry (Northern Ireland) and her awareness of the divisions within the surrounding communities, she translates her investigation of the idea of containment through this collection. The elements in the pieces all work together, to keep the piece as a whole.
Working primarily in jesmonite, Niamh has created shapes, that when working together, find an equilibrium and work in unison to keep the 鈥榩eace鈥� together.
