Minjung Kim: Repetitions
Robilant+Voena is pleased to announce an exhibition of works by Korean artist Minjung Kim in Milan. This is the artist鈥檚 fourth solo show with R+V, and will be on view during miart, following the success of her most recent exhibition with the gallery at the Forum Paracelsus, St. Moritz in 2023鈥�24.
Set across four rooms of Robilant+Voena鈥檚 new Milan gallery, the exhibition presents twelve new and archetypal works by Kim from the last ten years, including examples from acclaimed series including Mountain, Timeless, and The Street. As well as her signature methodical works of burnt, cut and layered Hanji paper, there are examples of the more expressive side of her practice, characterised by gestural forms that belie the precise and attentive process of creation.
