Non-Existing Reality
The Kostuik Gallery presents Non Existing Reality, a group exhibition of photograph based art works by Philip Jarmain, Jim Kazanjian and Catherine Nelson, and introducing the art of Georg K眉ttinger, Beth Moon and Judy Shane. Words such as 鈥渟taged鈥, 鈥渃onstructed鈥, 鈥渟tretched鈥, 鈥渃ollaged鈥, 鈥渟culpted鈥 and 鈥渉and brushed鈥 indicate the highly technical skills each individual artist possesses to create new or perceived visual realities. The essence of artwork has never been only the expression of true representation but, in fact, is the window to an artist鈥檚 imagination and personalized perception of the world we visually see and emotionally, spiritually and intellectually experience. Once again, Jennifer Kostuik brings together artists from different backgrounds and levels of accomplishment that are working within the collective consciousness of our innovative 21st century.
