Cape Town is World Design Capital 2014 and Austria will be there with the platform AustriaDesignNet guest. An occasion to exchange views on design and innovation processes in different latitudes. "S眉dnovation", an initiative of moving cultures from Vienna, shows a "livingroom" installation what the North can learn from the South for everyday life, such as frugal innovation, Upcycling, highly flexible and collective work processes, etc. The Upcycling- Designer Heath Nash from Cape Town will implement in a dynamic work in progress with local partners from Austria this collaborative dialogue in new products.
