We are trilled to present Stacey Mrmacovski's latest exhibition, 'With You', at Manyung Gallery Malvern.
Stacey's latest body of work is a reminder that amongst the landscape, we are connected. She aims to create a space in her work that is suggestive and inviting, allowing for interaction and immersive play from the viewer. A simple stroke of paint becomes alive and a part of a scene created from memory or imagination, revisiting special places and fleeting moments of happiness.
Inspired by the colours and lighting of the Australian landscape, Stacey's works are purely emotive, with her style drawn from influences of both impressionism and expressionism. Her brush strokes travel through fluid landscapes, both real and imagined, landing where raw emotion lives - a place where time stands still and touches you with the point of a pin.
