Through much of the fall, the Morris is displaying a large sampling from the Wells Fargo Collection, one of the most renowned corporate collections in the United States. The exhibition includes representative examples from the company's main areas of collecting interest鈥攏ineteenth-century American paintings, contemporary prints, photography, and art nouveau posters鈥攁nd features fifty works of art in a variety of media. These works offer a broad overview of artistic development from the 1830s through the twentieth century. The exhibition highlights a number of major artistic contributors, including

Alfred Stieglitz,
Berenice Abbott,
Dorothea Lange,
Roy DeCarava,
George Caleb Bingham, and
Alphonse Mucha, among many others.
