In September 2024, Simchowitz launched a new venue in Pasadena called Hill House.
Simchowitz currently presents 鈥淲hen There鈥檚 Nothing Left,鈥� the second solo exhibition of Los Angeles-based artist Shaina McCoy (b. 1993, Minneapolis MN), at Hill House in Pasadena, California.
