Five artist-creators, as environmental stewards, use their art to explore promote and sustain practices beyond commercially produced art supplies. Repurposed, created from scratch materials are used to create an artwork goal of lightening production strain on the environment. In this era of Anthropocene, where environmental consequences of human actions are obvious, this exhibit invites viewers to engage with an art conscious of environmental legacy via captivating, resolved aesthetics. The collective exhibition direction pursues inspiration for a new generational consciousness of sustainability in the art world and beyond, demonstrating beauty and environmental responsibility can coexist.
