Gather: A Group Exhibition Celebrating Connection, Creativity, And The Joy Of Art That Brings Us Together
This fall, On Center Gallery invites the community to 鈥淕ather鈥, a group exhibition celebrating connection, creativity, and the joy of art that brings us together. Opening with a reception on October 10th for the final Provincetown Gallery Stroll of 2025, the show brings together artists, collectors, neighbors, and visitors in a warm and memorable experience that speaks to the power of art to unite us.
In a moment when community feels more vital than ever, Gather offers an opportunity to slow down, share in beauty, and find resonance in the creativity of others. Featuring selected works from gallery artists, the exhibition is designed to foster meaningful encounters鈥攚ith the art, with one another, and with the larger spirit of togetherness.
鈥淕ather is about more than the works on the walls,鈥 says Gallery Directors/Curators Scot Presley and Jill Rothenberg-Simmons. 鈥淚t鈥檚 about the feeling of belonging, of being welcomed into a space where art brings people closer. This exhibition is our way of honoring the bonds that make our creative community thrive.鈥
From intimate paintings and intricate sculptures to photography and mixed media, the works in Gather reflect the variety of voices and perspectives that flourish when people come together. Each piece adds to a collective narrative鈥攐ne that honors shared experiences, memory, and the enduring joy of being in the company of others.
