Harry Hummerston: Screenprints
This exhibition presents a survey of the screenprints by senior Fremantle artist Harry Hummerston. The selection of 33 prints showcases the breadth and sophistication of Hummerston鈥檚 practice and the versatility, diversity and graphic power of the screenprint technique.
Hummerston was a leading exponent and teacher of screenprint in WA for 25 years, is a regular exhibitor at FAC and has been a finalist in the Fremantle Arts Centre Print Award. He has exhibited extensively nationally and is represented in all major state and national collections. This survey exhibition is made possible by the artist鈥檚 generous donation of his catalogue raisonn茅 of screenprints to the City of Fremantle Art Collection in 2018.
