This exhibition showcases 40 astonishing, museum-quality works on paper. Including woodcuts, etchings, engravings, and lithographs, the exhibition spans a period of 500 years. Works by old masters Dürer, Rembrandt, Goya, and
Canaletto will be displayed alongside those by modern masters such as Degas,
Matisse,
Picasso, and
Cezanne. The installation will be accompanied by a video demonstrating various printmaking processes, and explanatory texts describing the role prints held in society before the advent of photography.
