Delacroix, 颁丑补蝉蝉茅谤颈补耻, Moreau, Pr茅ault or Belgian artists such as Samuel, Meunier, Smits and Stevens were able to convey in their creations the feelings, the strangeness and the morals of Shakespeare's tragedies. Their works continue to influence productions of this great writer even today. Resulting from a partnership between the Rops museum, the Louvre and the Eug猫ne-Delacroix national museum, this exhibition presents over 60 outstanding works from collections of French and Belgian museums, supplemented by integrating Belgian fin-de-si猫cle artists.
