To combat Maine's long winter, we typically curate at least one very colorful winter show. Then comes spring's sudden and glorious burst of color, and our shows tend naturally to follow suit. This year, we decided to defy that trend with a limited palette show, an exhibition celebrating the color grey. We've assembled complementary work from fourteen Maine artists. The show doesn't burst with color, but it blooms with a timeless elegance.
