For her recent solo exhibition titled 鈥淣ew Hours鈥� at James Fuentes, Josephine Halvorson painted a seemingly random collection of things鈥揳 colorful street-side neighborhood library, a damaged wooden sign on train tracks, a lone yellow fire hydrant in the desert.

This presentation of 鈥淗ealing鈥� is conceived in homage to the 1992 group exhibition of the same name that inaugurated the founding of the gallery, then called Wooster Gardens, by Brent Sikkema.
