Known for her densely layered compositions, Milhazes鈥檚 practice spans painting, collage and intricate sculpture. Poised between rational structure and spontaneity, her work lies at the intersection of European and Brazilian modernism.
The exhibition follows the artist鈥檚 major solo exhibition at the Guggenheim Museum in New York in 2025, her inclusion in the Venice Biennale鈥檚 Applied Arts Pavilion in 2024, and recent surveys at Tate St. Ives and Turner Contemporary in the UK.
