Christopher Mahon: Sincere, or what you will
VISUAL is pleased to present Sincere, or what you will, a solo exhibition by Irish artist Christopher Mahon.
Mahon's sculptural works investigates language, poeticism, and material form. The artist has worked with actors and dancers in realising site-responsive environments and events, as well as producing sculptures with small industrial workshops. Mahon works across a wide range of materials, in his studio and onsite in studios and foundries specialising in stone and metalwork.
Sincere, or what you will is co-curated by Benjamin Stafford (VISUAL) and Rachael Gilbourne (IMMA, RGKSKSRG). A text by Gilbourne, An Ode to Spring, from the End of Winter, to the Start of Summer, accompanies the exhibition and will be available on the VISUAL website or in person in the gallery.
