Damon McArthur Received his undergraduate education from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and his graduate degree from American University. He is a two-dimensional artist who works mainly with paper, watercolor, and assorted drawing materials. His work has been shown internationally and has received several awards. McArthur also makes single-panel cartoons for clients including the Wall Street Journal and the Harvard Business Review. McArthur is a professor in the department of art and design at Western Illinois University where he has taught for 21 years. His current bodies of work explore the expressive possibilities of figuration in drawing and painting.
