Many sculptors also make wonderful printmakers. It may be that they can
visualise the 3D image emerging from a block or blank plate in a similar way to
making sculpture, or perhaps its because they are skilled at working with a team
on a collaborative work either in a sculpture studio or a print studio. It's a
fascinating subject and one that has always interested us, which is why we've
decided to put on an exhibition with a collection of some of our favourite
sculptor printmakers including Elisabeth Frink, Barbara Hepworth, Henry Moore,
Anish Kapoor, Antony Gormley among others.
