Elusive Sense: On the Fluid Boundaries of Perception

05 Sep, 2025 - 17 Sep, 2025
Elusive Sense: On the Fluid Boundaries of Perception asks what becomes of our senses in an era where the boundary between the human and the technological is increasingly blurred. Bringing together five Polish new media artists鈥Iga W臋gli艅ska, Agnieszka Mastalerz, panGenerator, Kamil Czapiga (Cosmodernism), and Janek Simon鈥攖he exhibition explores how technology reshapes our bodies, our perception of reality, and our understanding of self. Through works spanning sensory augmentation, mechanisms of control, the fragility of digital memory, the visual wealth of the natural world, and the influence of AI on heritage and identity, it offers no simple answers but invites reflection on our cyborg present, where the lines between human and machine, physical and virtual, authentic and generated are constantly being redrawn.
