Based on a story of a book once found, lost, and found again, Hung Liu presents masks from the Peking Opera come to life in her unique style of painting. Hung Liu grew up under Mao, and is now one of the most important artists who came ofrom China. This exhibition comes on the heels of two major shows in Beijing, and features some of her most important works to date. The artist will be present for the opening.
