This new series, Without Tide, combines screenprint, monoprint and papermaking to explore how objects accumulate in landscapes. The focus is an aerial view, where collage is used to create composite rock pools in which luxury goods are situated as fossils, artifacts and creatures. A small selection of works adds to this fictional landscape by contemplating the multiple histories that accrue from these settings.
Lilian Pt谩膷ek works in an intuitive manner with printmaking to create works that layer marks, imagery and washes of colour.
