The exhibited body of work is an attempt to distill events, images and collective experience into painterly metaphors.
Chalach鈥檚 practice is rooted in the layering of forms and ideas, creating works that explore the complexity of thoughts and events. Through ongoing experimentation with inter-objects and inter-spaces as a means to log, and capture, the light seeping between the foliage.
