Our life today is largely centered on work carried out as part of various organizational frameworks. We are defined in relation to our fields of occupation, and our social affiliation is measured by our function in the production sector. In addition to the immediate link between professionalism and livelihood, the exhibition sets out to explore the broader meanings of the ability to concentrate and specialize, and to touch upon the social aspects of professional training. The works in the show unfold various representations of professionals, focusing on the nature of the work, the executing party, and external identifying marks. The human presence, preserved directly or indirectly in all the works, raises questions pertaining to social definitions, individuality, and the profession's symbolism.
