Museum of Texas Tech University

Made up of six collections totally over eight million objects, the Museum of Texas Tech University is the largest, most comprehensive museum in the region.

The Museum of TTU is an educational, scientific, cultural, and research element of Texas Tech University. Collections include Paleontology, Art, History, Clothing and Textiles, Anthropology, and the internationally recognized Natural Science Research Laboratory (NSRL). The Museum also includes the Moody Planetarium, Lubbock Lake Landmark, an archeological dig site located just miles North of the Museum, and also houses the Heritage and Museum Sciences Masters degree program.
