Ellis Moseley: I Am The Ugly One
I AM THE UGLY ONE (2025) Ellis Moseley鈥檚 second exhibition at MARS continues his exploration of the complexity of consciousness. These works of ceramic sculpture and installation raise philosophical questions about our relationship with the inner world and the functional and aesthetic value we attribute to it.
Moseley鈥檚 preoccupation with 鈥楥onsciousness as Art鈥 is long standing and has been present in his exhibitions since graduating Flinders University with a Bachelor of Visual Arts (Sculpture) in 2021. His work is on permanent display at Monash University鈥檚 centre for Consciousness and Contemplative Studies as well as in private collections in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.
